Vlog #3 - This Bodyweight Workout Will Have You Sweating Buckets!


Hi Everyone!

Welcome to my third vlog... which is less like a vlog, and more like a mini movie of my workout, but whatever, you get the point.

This one is a tough one and take a a little longer than some of the past ones I shared, so be ready to block off some time.

Here's how it breaks down:

  • 800 meter run
  • 50 push-ups
  • 100 air squats
  • 150 sit-ups
  • 800 meter run
Cake right?  Well, for me, not so much.  I felt "fairly" good after the push-ups, but the air squats totally gassed me.  The last time I tried this workout was about a year ago while at one of my fittest points in my life.  For benchmark workouts such as this, I write down everything, so it was eyeopening for me to see that I still have a ways to go before I get to where I was last year at this time.
