Vlog #1 - Overcoming and Stepping Out of Your Comfort Zone
Today I finally addressed the "Finding My Fitness" portion of my Finding My Fitness DIY blog, and I share with you a great little workout.
This one really took me out of my comfort zone. As an editor, I am most comfortable behind the scenes. So, being on camera was definitely something different for me, and is something that will take a little getting use to.
In this Vlog I talk about why I'm doing this blog and I share and do a nice little benchmark workout that's guaranteed to get the beginner/intermediate health and fitness person's heart rate pumping.
